Elegantly updated in 2017, historic landmark stays true to its Mediterranean Revival style. Commissioned by George Merrick & designed by L.D. Brumm in 1924, one of the first few structures built in Coral Gables. Roof was restored with handmade barrel tiles in order to replicate the original, a Full Painting & waterproofing of the exterior, impact doors and windows. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a warm, open foyer with a wood burning fireplace, hardwood flrs and generous natural light flooding in from the dining rm doors. Every room has ample closet space & a en-suite bathroom. Fully landscaped grounds compliment the breathtaking canopy of banyan trees along Columbus Blvd.
