The main commercial farm industry is the cultivation of wine grapes, the processing and production of estate wines. Currently planted with 35 hectares of wine grapes. About 60% good red cultivars.
The Grand Dèdale Country House is a 680 Sq.M building under thatched roof, comprises of 6 bedrooms with en-suite facilities. Utilization of the rest of the Estate: 0,5 hectare Citrus, 15 hectare Pastures, 40 hectare partially cleared land for future development. Most of the 2 hectare farm yard with building infra-structure, is security fenced.
This wine estate has a 300 ton 740 Sq.M wine cellar, 182 Sq.M office block, wine tasting facility, 10 staff cottages, workshop, generator room and Implement shed make up the out buildings. Access to the main facilities is controlled and paved.
