Through the front door you have access to a spacious hall with mezzanine floor, the staircase to the top and a hatch to a (wine) cellar. On the mezzanine floor there is a toilet. Through the hall you reach the living room.
The living room is cozy with a phenomenal view over the orchard and the fields. On both sides are large windows and patio doors to the terrace. On the floor is a hardwood floor and there is a wood stove. From the living room is the upstairs room accessible.
This room has a wooden floor and opening windows. You can keep the office or make a lounge or playroom out of it. A nice detail is the two underlying (wine) cellars that are accessible via two shutters.
The kitchen is connected to the living room and pantry. The high gloss off-white kitchen is equipped with various appliances, namely an oven, a four-burner gas hob and an extractor. On the floor is a tiled floor with underfloor heating.
