"Villa Bonola", located in the heart of Corconio, on the hills of the typical ancient village of Orta. This villa was built and lived in from the end of 1600 by the family that gives it the name. Today it still maintains the style of that era thanks to the painter of the family Giorgio Bonola's frescoes, which have been perfectly preserved, and to the details of the internal and external finishes. The villa, with private entrance in a courtyard in front of the small church, consists of a ground floor, with an entrance hall and a second living room with fireplace and coffered ceiling, kitchen and dining room and large halls overlooking Lake Orta. The top floor includes the sleeping area, characterized by two large master bedrooms with balcony and lake view, each with sitting room and dressing area, a bathroom and two bedrooms with bathroom. The attic floor consists of two other rooms with bathroom. The villa in its originality needs to be renovated , in order to continue to enhance its beauty while updating it. A romantic garden full of camellias and a land with orchard including a tennis court surround the villa. The property includes two annexes, attached to the main building, to welcome guests and host a keeper, as well as an area in the basement, used a long time ago for the grape harvest and wine production.
