The owners of the former village school, which we are proud to present to you today, felt the same way. This is one of the few village schools of its kind within a 200 kilometer radius.
As soon as you open the garden gate and see this beautiful building with its friendly, petrol-colored shutters, you feel wonderfully safe and warmly welcomed.
In order for this unique, former school building (not a monument) from 1896 to shine in its current splendor, many hours of work and numerous specialists were necessary. And above all, of course, the creativity and courage of the owners; every detail has been lovingly thought out, repaired and designed down to the smallest corner.
Anyone who has ever kissed such a house awake from its slumber will immediately know what is meant. And if you've never tried it before, then you can immediately feel at home here with a total of approx. 387m² of living space.
At the time, the former school building housed first one and later two cross-age classes as an all-day school. The students were taught by a teacher who lived upstairs.
Bodenbach is located in the beautiful Vulkaneifel and belongs to the Kelberg municipality.
