Georgian-style architecture is divided into three periods: Early Georgian, Middle Georgian and Late Georgian. A fifth-generation German roofer installed this home's slate roof and patios and driveways are tumbled travertine. Burmese Padauk wood flooring that is reported to be one of the five hardest woods in the world was imported from Burma and installed by Romanian wood crafters. Five antique solid old pine wooden sets of doors from an estate near Valencia Spain circa 1740's are included throughout the home. The master bath includes a Kohler free standing tub, has radiant low voltage floor heating, wall to ceiling marble and includes a double sink vanity.
