The Project includes any and all fee simple properties, possession and application rights to parcels of land subject to concession under the name of the Seller or its affiliates, all improvements and any and all applications, construction plans, environmental viability, authorizations, permits and licenses made and/or obtained by Seller related to the Project development, including water well registration rights, and all water hook ups already paid and assigned before the National Institute of Aqueducts and Waterworks.
For qualified buyers, the seller shall provide documentation pertaining to any and all rights in and around the project and primary forest, including, but not limited to, studies, requests, permits and agreements to the Environmental and Energy Ministry and/or any environmental agency or authority.
