Ndole Bay Lodge is situated in the southwest corner of Lake
Tanganyika. Most of the property is forested hill side with 350 meters of private beach. The property boundary is well demarcated with firebreaks and includes 1.5kms of secure lakeshore with an additional 1km of shoreline
A dedicated 11kv power line supplies three phase electricity to the lodge. The current infrastructure is focussed on the beach area, utilising around 50% of beachfront.
The immediate 20-hectare area around the lodge is fenced with 2.5
meter game fencing.
The Lodge can cater for +- 32 people at a time and the same with the camp site.
There is ample room for extending the Lodge chalets as well as the camp site.
