DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS
Trulli A (210 sqm – 2,260 sqft, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) opens with a beautiful vaulted living area with an archway leading into the kitchen facing the pool area. Beyond that, there are two sitting rooms and a studio. From the living area, a door leads to the first sleeping area made up of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. A hallway departing from the studio then leads into the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and view over the pool area.
Outside, the building boasts a covered sitting area, a beautiful place for al fresco dinners and breakfasts with barbecue, and a 15 × 7 m salt-water swimming pool.
Trulli B (215 sqm – 2,313 sqft, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) is very similar in layout and style. The main doorway leads into an open space comprising the dining area and a sitting corner. Roughly 120 m from the main buildings there is the smaller trulli C (50 sqm – 538 sqft, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom), result of the restoration of an old wheat storage. This smaller unit is made up of a living area with cooking corner, a bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, the building features a covered breakfast area.
Trulli D (230 sqm – 2,475 sqft, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) is set not far from the other buildings as well (150 m), but is in need of a general renovation and updated to be exploited in its full potential. All the buildings have been finely restored to preserve their unique charm intact: the stone walls have been all cleaned and restored and are well visible from the inside as well, with the typical domes covering the rooms. EXTERIORS
