The property also benefits from full staff accommodation with three bedrooms in a separate purpose built house which also contains the main house kitchen. Trained staff are available to live in including a chef who has been at the property for ten years who may all be re-employable for a new owner.

The property is currently let out for fully catered holidays when the owners are not using it but was designed and built as a private residence for holiday enjoyment. It is currently let through AirBnB listed as BeachHouse Michamvi.
The property is available to purchase either as a UK SPV, a Tanzanian registered company or the property itself directly, depending on the buyer's circumstances. Beachfront plots of this size with such a frontage are no longer available on Pingwe Beach and so it would be extremely hard to replicate this property now.

Access to Pingwe is now an hour's all tarmac drive direct from Zanzibar International Airport, and a twenty-minute drive to the shops in Paje to the south, a world-renowned kitesurfer's paradise.
