Vineyard estate of 31,5ha on 2 appellations of the Libournais: Lussac Saint-Emilion and Montagne Saint-Emilion. Planted on a sandy-clay soil rich in iron, benefiting from a temperate oceanic climate, the vines produce powerful wines.

The vineyard has also obtained its HVE3 certification since 2013.

The estate also includes 2,50 ha of woodland, meadows and a 4 ha pond.

In addition to the usual operating buildings, several houses are located on the property, which is close to all amenities, Bordeaux and its transport hub (LGV station, Mérignac international airport).
