The farm is approximately 3,532.33 hectares / 8,735.45 of prime virgin land, ideal for commercial farming, fish farming and Cattle / game ranching, 28.5 km's of Kafue river frontage.

The farm is approximately 3,532.33 hectares / 8,735.45 acres of unspoilt natural bush land, ideal for Game ranching, Agriculture farming and Fish farming, 28.5 kilometres of Kafue river frontage, the farm has a gravel airstrip and is partly fenced with many kilometres of internal roads throughout the farm.
The lodge is closed at present, but there are four residential Chalets, an Executive House, Manager's House and Single Manager's quarters. Conference Room, separate bar area, Dinning area attached to Kitchen and Laundry, Staff Kitchen Toilet, Container and Vegetable Garden, Staff Dormitory and Toilets, Generator Room and a Boat Ramp, The Lodge also has a small plunge swimming pool.
The vegetation on the farm is diverse with most of the farm being covered in miombo woodland, with riverine along the river banks. There are also large vlei areas and a mishitu thicket.
On the farm there is a residential property known as the Farm House, there are four dams, + another Farm House with all fixtures and fittings, Farm offices, Farm workshop and butchery – not completed, Generator and guest house and a Guard house.
The farm is ideally situated on the banks of the Kafue River, commercial cropping, fish farming and cattle / game ranching are all ideal for this area.
