The vineyard is cultivated by biodynamics methods since 2000, the wines produced are certified 'Demeter' or sustainable agriculture, making this area one of the largest producers of organic wines in Bordeaux. The vineyard is planted with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec on a clay-gravelly soil allowing optimum soil drainage. The vines have an average age of 40 years and is being restructured, it has a density from 4,500 to 4,800 vines / ha with a space between rows ranging from 1.80 to 2 m. For the production facilities the winery has a toal capacity of 5,300 hl, distributed in majority in 12 thermo-regulated cements vats allowing a production from 100,000 to 200,000 bottles / year with a vine yield of 35 hl / ha. The wine is aged in a barrel store with a capacity of 100 barrels and is sold exclusively in bottle. The wine is sold mainly to private clients, wine merchants, traders and specialised networks in France and abroad because of its organic / vegan specificity. The estte has a main Château with a total surface of about 500 m² on 3 levels with a tower that requires renovation and various outbuildings including 2 houses, 3 animal boxes and the vineyard operating infrastructure. The Château does not have a heating system but has functional fireplaces and a septic tank.
