3 stunningly designed chalets 100m from the main Schmittenhöhe cable car.
The Panorama Chalets consist of 3 beautifully designed chalets for sale in the popular resort of Zell am See.
The chalets are ideally located in their own private plot around a 100m walk away from the main Schmittenhöhe cable car.
The ski lifts take you directly to the top of the Schmitten mountain. From December 2019 the final stage of the new Zell am See Xpress will be open allowing you to ski down to Viehofen and join up with the whole Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Viehofen ski region. This will then become the largest inter-connecting ski region in Austria.
The centre of Zell am See can be easily reached along a very tranquil ski track which curves through the forests and follows all the way down towards Lake Zell. Alternatively, you can walk in about 15 minutes or use the regular ski bus.
The chalets have been designed in a contemporary style using a plethora of wood to blend them smoothly into the surrounding mountain side.
There will be grand floor-to-ceiling windows with very light large open-plan living spaces making the most of the dramatic mountain views.
They have been ideally designed to ensure each chalet has a large outdoor terrace and garden that is very private.
Rental returns are excellent in Zell am See due to the dual season resort with the longer summer season as well as the usual 3-4 month winter season.
The Panorama Chalets must be rented out when not being used by the owners. This will be done locally making it a worry free investment for the owners.
Connected via the underground parking area, they share a communal reception, breakfast area and ski room.
The interior layout can be designed to your own specifications, the chalets however, are planned with sauna, double-height living space, under-floor heating and a modern, energy-efficient timber frame.
It is also possible to combine both chalets to create a wonderful chalet of approximately 290m2 for Net 2,290,000.
Zell am See is a fabulous dual season resort with so much on offer right on its doorstep. There are very few Alpine destinations that offer the incredible combination of lake side summer activities and high altitude winter skiing.
Zell am See is soon to be fully connected with Saalbach-Hinterglemm which will make the ski region the largest inter-connecting resort in Austria with over 350 km of ski pistes.
There are 2 championship golf courses in the resort which have breathtaking views of the majestic Kitzsteinhorn glacier. There are beaches, a yacht club and tennis clubs around the lake and bikes for hire to explore the Salzach Valley. There are also numerous day trips which are possible from Zell am See such as Werfen Castle, the ice caves, and the infamous Gross Glockner high alpine road.
Zell am See is a fantastic family resort with a whole host of hotels, restaurants, boutique shops and bars. Located on the main train line, Zell am See is well connected to the stunning city of Salzburg which is also the nearest airport, just over an hour`s drive away.
