A frontline property in Dobrota, located in the UNESCO protected Bay of Kotor, is a subtle mix of traditional and modern; a fairy-tale-like retreat to soak up the beauties of the fjord.
This villa is spacious, luxurious and furnished in a Mediterranean style. On the ground floor, there is a garage, a room with two beds, a laundry room with a bathroom. There is an apartment for guests with a living room (which can also be used as a bedroom), a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. In the courtyard, there is a barbecue and a storage room. On the first floor, there is a large terrace, kitchen, dining room, living room, guest toilet, bedroom with bathroom. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a bathroom. This room has a separate entrance; and finally there is a master bedroom with a bathroom and a large wardrobe. In front of the house, there is a pontoon which is an ideal place to enjoy the sunny days in Boka Kotorska.
Dobrota is located close to the ancient city of Kotor looking straight on Mount Vrmac, and is one of the few places on the coast where you can still see the historic splendour of the Bay, and especially Kotor.
As in Perast, Prcanj and other places in the Bay of Kotor, the large number of churches still today witness to the strong faith of the old people of Dobrota.
St. Mathews Church, 17th century Dobrota is also a place to find very good restaurants, and little seafront cafes where you can truly enjoy the old surroundings of the Bay. On top of this you can find exceptionally attractive places for holidays, also in the original surroundings of the old palaces.
The seaside promenade in Dobrota runs for several kilometres alongside the shore beside numerous little stone jetties and old palaces, which are very unique to this region.
