The bottomlands are irrigated from this creek.
Improvements include a beautiful 2,854 square foot Colorado mountain home with thoughtful designer touches, such as natural stone and wood throughout, five bedrooms, three baths, two-car attached garage, and lots of covered patio space for outdoor living. Other improvements include three metal-sided shop/stable buildings, plus an older bunkhouse that could be used to house additional guests. The building with a 12-foot overhead door has a meat cutting room and walk-in cooler for processing your game. The exterior central boiler uses wood as fuel to heat the glycol lines for the radiant floor heat and also the hot water, use the forced air gas furnace for back up. Very low utility bills, go green!
