The building is set on three main floors: the basements, currently comprising seven rooms and spread over a surface of 316square meters (or 3.400 square feet); a spacious room (814 square meters or 8.700 square feet) extending, on the same level, underneath the garden; the noble floor (632 square meters or 6.803 square feet) subdivided into fourteen rooms; the attic space (612 square meters or 6.587 square feet) characterized by exposed trusses.STATE AND FINISHINGThe recent restoration has been lead by a famous architect, from Piedmont, who, in his career, has experience of important historical buildings renovation projects. Thanks to the meticulous and constant supervision of the owners, renowned local business family, the refurbishment has been conducted in the absolute respect to every detail. The works started from a structural consolidation of the hill and then carried out by restructuring the foundations, the perimeter walls, the ceilings, the valuts, the roof and the external areas.
