Located in the heart of Romagna, just 6 km from the center of Cesena, in hilly position, among quiet and harmonious towns and landscapes wine estate of about 14 hectares. The property is located in a very favorable position between mountains and plains, tempered by sea breezes, making it suitable for viticulture and olive growing. The characteristic wines of the area are Sangiovese, Trebbiano but also Albana, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and other international varieties. The olives cultivated in the area are Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo. The wine cellar, which was built in 2005, covers an area of 1000 square meters and is laid out on two levels, one of which is underground. It is a functional design and modern equipment, designed to streamline the needs of the cycle of vinification and aging. On the ground floor there is a cellar with real steel vats for fermentation and storage of red grapes Sangiovese and smaller tanks to keep distinct parcels of grapes that will be appropriately selected. Part of the plan is dedicated to bottling and a part of the panoramic tasting room that overlooks the surrounding hills and offices. In the basement, there is a "cellar elevation", an environment that includes the fully thermo-controlled barrels and casks aging reserved. The cellar, already certified IFS, is equipped with the most modern winemaking equipment (Bucher Vaslin-Lasi) and also allows for winemaking processes that follow the characteristics of tradition. The current capacity of 3,051 hl of wine cellar is in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks and 200 hl in wooden barrels. All the main functions are managed in a computer and is already prepared for a doubling of volumes. A few hundred bottles of high-quality olive oil are obtained from some native trees. The olive oil, which takes its name from the area, has gained acclaim and recognition over time. The hectares of vineyards today are 14, considering surfaces net of paths and headlands of service. It's vineyards at high density (about 6,500 plants per hectare) with automatic irrigation to drip down and reservoir properties. The cultivated varieties are as follows: Sangiovese, area 43,645 square meters planted with 11 years Cabernet, area of 16,472 square meters with plants of 11 years. Merlot, area of 6163 square meters and plants of 11 years Syrah, area of 11,213 square meters and plants 6 years Teroldego area of 13,037 square meters and plants 5 years Other 49,470 square meters of Sangiovese are growing up. All the vineyards are suitable for mechanical harvesting and the rows are covered with grass and plantings of different varieties of fescue.Another 12.04 hectares of land with a lake are currently being worked. These are rented from a neighbour. The farm produces about 120,000 bottles of Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet and two Cuveacute;e made from Sangiovese, also works and produces about 1,100,000 bottles which are exported using different labels property in Germany, Brazil, United States, Nigeria. In 2012 a specific project quality began with the help of a well-known oenologist alongside the existing one, it aims to bring the company to an international visibility even on high-end products. The company has a PSR 2007-2013 1 axis which was approved for a grant to carry out the air-conditioned warehouse of 450 square meters for the storage of finished products and a permit to build a photovoltaic system on the roof for the production of about 20 kW.
