The Monastery of Santa María de la Luz is a monastery that began to be built in 1501. Located only 14 kilometers from Huelva (and 80 km from Seville), it is very well located due to its proximity to the Doñana National Park and the beaches of the province. The Monastery has a constructed area of 4,000 m2. It is surrounded by a garden, with a wide variety of species, and olive groveof approximately 40,000 m2. The nucleus of this historic-artistic complex is formed by a church and two cloisters. On the first floor there are 6 spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, as well as dining room and lounge. On the ground floor we can find a small chapel, warehouse and old cellar. The whole property is in good condition and is one of the main Mudéjar Gothic works in the province, its Church being the largest of its characteristics in this territory. Currently, events of different types (weddings, concerts, etc) are held in the Monastery. It is a good investment opportunity for entrepreneurs and Architecture, History, and Nature lovers .
