With the investment into infrastructure in the lead up to Expo 2020, more communities are emerging in Dubai, transforming the city’s skyline.

This year, waterfront neighborhoods and developments are steadily gaining popularity due to their exclusive locations, unique views and better value for the money. From long-established waterfront developments like Palm Jumeirah to new rising stars like Dubai Harbour, developers are competing for the best waterfront views in the emirate and are offering the city’s residents and visitors a new kind of luxury lifestyle.

Located on the crescent of The Palm in Dubai, this 43-story building will feature two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, penthouses and garden suites, ranging from 1,400 to 17,000 square feet.

The development, for which sales began last month, will have contemporary living spaces with uninterrupted views of the ocean or across the waters of The Palm toward the Dubai city skyline. Beach Vista will be part of the recently launched waterfront community of Emaar Beachfront, a private, gated island destination in the Arabian Gulf. It will offer Miami-style living in Dubai.

The twin-tower development, of 33 stories and 26 stories, have 204 units ranging from one- to four-bedroom apartments. The development features exclusive access for residents to a private beach, swimming pools, gyms and parking areas at the podium. It will be completed by mid- 2021, and sales began in January.

Beach Vista residents will have direct access to their homes in Dubai Harbour, either from King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street, a bridge that connects them directly from Sheikh Zayed Road or the monorail system that will link to the metro from both Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island. A pedestrian bridge with a jogging and cycling track will also connect Dubai Harbour to Palm Jumeirah.
