A Venetian-style mansion near President Donald Trump’s sprawling Mar-a-Lago estate has hit the market for $32.5 million.

The lakefront "Casa del Ensueños," Spanish for House of Dreams, includes a six-bedroom Venetian-style landmarked single-family home, which was built in 1923; a three-bedroom guesthouse; a dock with boat lift; a large pool with a cabana and tropical gardens, showed the nearly month-old listing.

According to Curbed, the home is located about a mile north of Mar-a-Lago, which Mr. Trump bought in 1985. Most of Mr. Trump's property has since been turned into a resort, but he has kept a part of it private for him and his family to enjoy.

Mr. Trump is also using it for White House business (referring to it as his "Southern White House") and next week will host Chinese President Xi Jinping at the Palm Beach property.
