UFC fighter Kenny Florian and model-actress, Clark Gilmer, are quietly selling their remodeled 1920s home in Hollywood Hills through an off-market listing for $3.1 million.

Mr. Florian, 40, is a mixed martial artist and analyst for Fox Sports. He also narrates "BattleBots," a robot competition on ABC. Ms. Gilmer, 28, competed on the 11th cycle of "America’s Next Top Model" and was in the Bravo series "The Millionaire Matchmaker" before meeting her husband.

The couple bought the 4,000-square-foot home in 2015, the year after they got hitched, from Australian drummer Chris Cester of the rock band Jet for $2.75 million, according to property records. Long before the rocker, the home was once owned by prolific silent film actress Claire Windsor.

Now, the owners are shopping the old Hollywood home around—but not to just any buyer.

"Right now it’s an off-market listing that is being shown to qualified buyers," said listing agent Gene Bush of Coldwell Banker.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom house has tall, beamed ceilings, two fireplaces and interior balcony that overlooks the living room. The house sits behind a brick wall and gate, affording the celebrity couple privacy.

"Current celebrity owners appreciate its privacy and space," says a website promoting the property, which is not yet on the Multiple Listing Service.

It has two master suites, one on the first floor and another on the second. The upstairs master bedroom spans two-stories with a spiral staircase leading to a finished attic that could double as a meditation loft, the property’s website suggests.

A second-story balcony overlooks the backyard, which has a swimmer’s pool with a waterfall, a hot tub and a barbecue.

Agents for Ms. Gilmer and Mr. Florian did not immediately return a request for comment.
