Fashion makeover queen Trinny Woodall is selling her London home in Notting Hill for £4.975 million (US$6.57 million).

The 2,860-square-feet house features generous ceiling heights and extensive living space, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the listing shows. And it was decorated throughout with a soft color palette by Ms. Woodall.

A British fashion and make-over advisor who is best known as a host of BBC TV show "What Not to Wear," Ms. Woodall, 53, just launched a cosmetics brand, Trinny London, last month.

Property records show Ms. Woodall bought the Victorian house for £2.95 million (US$3.90 million) in 2011.

"She moved out of the place about a year ago, as she wants to upgrade to somewhere bigger," said listing agent Keith Rigby at Bective Leslie Marsh.

According to Mr. Rigby, he has been renting out the Notting Hill home for Ms. Woodall since last year, but she recently decided to sell this property.

The fashion and beauty expert did a makeover to this house when she moved in. The four-story 1850s house is now a chic contemporary home with incredibly stylish interior designs, according to Mr. Rigby.

The ground floor has a double reception room and a study to the rear. It also features a modern kitchen, a dining room, and family area in the lower ground floor with glazed doors encircling a small patio area.

A sumptuous master bedroom suite with a large free standing bath and separate large walk-in shower fills out the entire first floor. And there are two more bedrooms on the top floor, each with en-suite bathrooms and a guest bedroom with a separate large shower room in the basement, with direct access to the street.
