The estate is located in New Canaan, not far from the town of Pound Ridge in New York’s Westchester County. "You have access to two towns, which is really nice," Leahy says.
Pound Ridge offers shopping, upscale dining, and an eponymous golf club, as well as public parks and local farms, ideal for apple picking in the cooler autumn months. Residents have included actor Richard Gere and news anchor Tom Brokaw.
