A sprawling mansion in Aledo, Texas, will hit the auction block next week.

The 19,265-square-foot home will sell without reserve, meaning the highest bidder will become the new owner upon closing of the auction, which will take place Sept. 21 via Concierge Auction’s mobile app.

"A blend of Mediterranean and traditional architectural styles, the estate showcases both rustic elegance and refined comfort," said Ethan Shadden, project sales manager at Concierge Auctions. "The home is perfect for those who wish to entertain family and friends."

The property was listed last month for just shy of $10 million.

The sprawling house, built in 2014, includes seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms and six half bathrooms, all in grand scale. There is a commercial-grade kitchen, a wet bar adjacent to a home theater, and a 1,000-bottle wine cellar.

Outdoors, the property boasts a seven-car garage, a resort-style pool and covered terraces overlooking downtown Aledo, which is located between Weatherfordand Fort Worth and known for its good school system, shopping and other amenities.

"This scenic sanctuary is designed to deliver an ideal balance of style, functionality, and luxurious comfort," according to the listing by Concierge Auctions.

Published reports say that the property was built for late businessman and philanthropist George Mercer, who headed the family business TG Mercer, the largest pipeline logistics company in North America, who died of cancer in May at 56.
