After lingering on the market for almost six years, a penthouse in the Sky Lofts Condominium in Manhattan was relisted Thursday, and the asking price of $45 million remained unchanged from its 2011 listing.

The penthouse in the trendy downtown neighborhood  of Tribeca was purchased by private investor William Duker via a limited liability company for $30.5 million in 2009, public records show. The property was put up for sale for $45 million in May 2011.

The price was raised to $48 million, reduced to $44 million and then crawled back up to $48 million again in 2015 when it was last listed. The price adjustments came with a change of brokers and agents, according to listing history.

The new listing agent, Raphael De Niro at Douglas Elliman, didn't immediately respond to requests for comment.

The 7,500-square-foot residence spans the top two floors of the building and has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, with a 4,500-square-foot wrap-around terrace, according to the listing. The south-facing great room features 18-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows with a direct view of One World Trade Center.. There are three fireplaces throughout the home.

The residence also comes with its own private key-locked elevator and one private parking spot.

Built in 1929 as a printing factory and converted to luxury homes in 2000, the Sky Lofts Condominium on Hudson Street features 21 units. Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman and shared roof deck.
