This six-bedroom house with year-round views is in Aspen’s exclusive and gated Starwood community.
"It’s a very affluent, very high-end area," said listing agent Erik Berg. "People go there for the privacy, people go there for the security and the big dramatic views."
"It probably has the most dramatic views in all of Colorado," he said.
Views from the house include Aspen’s four best-known mountains—Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass, he said.
As an added incentive, the seller of this house is also accepting Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency, Mr. Berg said.

"Given the recent rise of Bitcoin and the amount of press that different luxury goods purchased through Bitcoin have gotten, the owner wanted to take advantage of that," he said. "He wants to have the maximum exposure."
Further, the house is being offered fully turnkey, with all of the furnishings included. That includes new furniture, bedding and flat-screen TVs in every room.
The light-filled house was built in 1980 and updated within the last year, Mr. Berg said.

Celebrity cachet
Starwood has long been home to celebrities and financiers. According to Mr. Berg, some of the billionaires that live in Starwood include Daniel Ziff, Dirk Ziff, Robert Ziff, Ed Lambert and John Paulson, who purchased his Starwood home from Prince Bandar of Saudi Arabia.
The late John Denver also lived in Starwood and recorded a song about it titled "Starwood in Aspen."

Neighborhood notes
The gated Starwood community is "10 minutes outside of Aspen," Mr. Berg said.
"There are about 51 homes in Starwood," he said, with prices ranging from $5 million to $100 million.
