"It’s located right in the heart of Belltown," said Ashley Hayes, the Principal Broker for UrbanAsh, the firm handling the sale. Right next to Amazon’s campus in the affluent Queen Anne neighborhood, Cristalla’s location is exceptional for Seattle, Hayes said. The antique tilework and Olympic Mountain and Elliott Bay views, according to Hayes, make the residence uniquely elegant. Buck has owned the property since 2006, Hayes said.

Cristalla condominiums offer a host of amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, a fully equipped fitness facility, yoga room, club room, theater, spa with steam rooms and saunas, business center, guest suite, car wash bay and a newly renovated rooftop deck.

The property was listed in late July.
