The crown jewel at the Residences at Mandarin Oriental in Atlanta is now on the market—all 10,000 square feet of it customizable to fulfill its future owner’s needs and desires.

The two-story penthouse is, at $7.3 million, the priciest on the market, according to its developer, and it comes with full services provided by the five-star hotel below. The residence is also the largest high-rise condominium currently for sale in Atlanta, said iStar Inc., the developer, and KORA Real Estate Group, which is handling the sale.

A suggested floor plan envisioned by Harrison Design’s Modern Studio for the Mandarin Oriental penthouse features four bedrooms, a fitness room, a music room, a library, a catering kitchen and a spiral staircase. With large open spaces, the residence in the heart of the upscale Buckhead district will also boast 360-degree views of the city from its planned four terraces.

The customized unit can be ready five to seven months after going to contract, according to the developer.

Amenities provided by the Mandarin Oriental include 24-hour room service, personal drivers and shoppers, keyless fingerprint entry, private elevators and entrances separate from those used by hotel guests.

The Mandarin Oriental has 40 residences, of which 10 are currently for sale. Ranging from two to four bedrooms and covering half or full floors in the top half of the building, the condominiums start at $2 million and range in size from 3,000 square feet to just under 10,000 square feet for the penthouse. All include outdoor terraces with fireplaces and gas grills.
