The long-time home of 1960s "Bond girl" Ursula Andress is back on the market for nearly $3 million after getting a facelift from a local interior designer.
Decorator and interior architect Malgosia Migdal bought Ms. Andress’s Beverly Hills house for $2.28 million in March, according to property records. Despite spiffing up the inside, Ms. Migdal is now marketing the property as a teardown. She did not immediately return a request for comment.

Ms. Andress, 81, rose to fame for her role as Honey Ryder in the first James Bond film "Dr. No" in 1962. She reappeared in later Bond films and posed multiple times for Playboy.
The Swiss-born star bought the three-bedroom house on Clear View Drive in 1991 for less than $1 million and lived there for a quarter-century before selling it earlier this year, property records show.
The buyer, Ms. Migdal, who operates a boutique design agency in Beverly Hills, has made some upgrades to the gated estate built in 1960, which include furnishing the home and opening up and retiling the kitchen, according to listing photos of the property.

The listing advertises the property as a redevelopment opportunity. Entitlement plans are in place to knock down Ms. Andress’s former home and build a 4,000-square-foot "contemporary masterpiece," according to the listingwith Aouri Makhlouf of Coldwell Banker. The current home spans less than 3,000 square feet and has a pool and patio.
Mr. Makhlouf did not return requests for comment. The Los Angeles Times first reported the listing.
