A $20.9 million beachside mansion was listed in the Hamptons hamlet of Quogue, New York, on Friday.

The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom (seven full, two half) house is just over a mile and a half down Dune Road from famous Quogue resident Eli Manning, quarterback for the New York Giants.

The house is owned by Ray andNatharon Goodman, who bought the property in 2004 for $3,455,400, according to property records. Mr. Goodman is the founder of Trash and Vaudeville, a punk fashion retailer in Manhattan’s East Village.

The Goodmans took down the original house after buying the property, said Lori Schiaffino, the Compass listing agent. The current house, which was designed with feng shui in mind, was completed in 2009. Mr. and Mrs. Goodman were not available for comment.

Despite the Goodmans’ rock ’n’ roll cred, the house they built is classic in design. It features a spiral staircase, a crystal chandelier, arched columns, a gated entrance and two fireplaces.

The nearly three-acre property has a tennis court and direct access to the beach via private gangway. The ocean-facing deck has an infinity pool and a spiral staircase leading to a lookout balcony on the roof.

When the weather does not comply, there is plenty to do inside. At more than 10,200 square feet, the home includes amenities such as a movie theater, sauna and a game room.

The two-story house features extensive ocean views. However, what really sets the house apart is the atrium, Ms. Schiaffino said. It was built with a large skylight overhead that allows light to flood the house’s interior. "It’s really luminous," she said.

Although Quogue may not have the name recognition of East Hampton or Amagansett, it is significantly closer to New York City. Ms. Schiaffino said the commute takes approximately 90 minutes by car.

As one of the smallest incorporated villages in the Town of Southampton, Quogue has a quaint charm, Ms. Schiaffino said. The house is located less than two miles from the village’s main hub.

Quogue’s low profile has another benefit, according to Ms. Schiaffino—value. "This property in East Hampton would be double the price," she said.

TheGoodmans plan on buying another property in Quogue, Ms. Schiaffino said. "They're just ready for another project," she said.

It was reported in January 2017 that the Mr. Manning bought a five-bedroom, four-bathroom oceanfront house in the village for $8.5 million.
