Terry Bradshaw, a Hall of Fame quarterback who won four Super Bowl titles with the National Football League’s Pittsburgh Steelers, is selling his apartment on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Mr. Bradshaw, 69, now a TV sports analyst and co-host of Fox NFL Sunday (Fox is part of News Corp., the parent company of Mansion Global), has put his apartment at Mauna Kea Resort on the market for $1.3 million, just a bit over the $1.295 million he paid for it in August 2016, property records show.

The 2,111-square-foot apartment has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen with mahogany cabinetry and granite countertops.

What distinguishes the home is its easy access to a luxurious resort lifestyle, said listing agent Michele Paape of MacArthur Sotheby's International Realty.

"Properties like these that offer amazing ocean and mountain views, and have step-out-the-door access to a world-renowned golf course, but with ultimate privacy, is what makes them so desirable in paradise," Ms. Paape said.

Building amenities include an infinity pool with spa, outdoor grill area, exercise room, gathering room with kitchen and a game room, according to the listing.

Mr. Bradshaw has been a regular player on the Big Island real estate market. In January 2016, he sold a Plantation-style house on an 12-acre estate in the gated Kohana Ranch for $2.7 million. He bought that home for $1.85 million two years prior, The Los Angeles Times reported.

Reps for Mr. Bradshaw, who also starred in big-screen films such as "Failure to Launch" and "The Cannonball Run," didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
