A window-laden modern mansion in the tony Los Angeles neighborhood of Pacific Palisades hit the market Thursday with a $9.9 million price tag.

The home belongs to Stephan Moccio, a Grammy and Academy Award-nominated composer and producer, property records show.

Mr. Moccio, 45, has collaborated with artists like Miley Cyrus, Seal, The Weeknd, John Legend, Gladys Knight and Josh Groban and served as a judge on "Canada’s Got Talent" in 2012. He purchased the lot in 2014 for $3.5 million, according to property records.

A smaller house was on the land at that time, said listing broker Santiago Arana of The Agency. The current house, completed in 2017, took about three years to build, he said.

The five-bedroom property spans 5,113 square feet and has six bathrooms, a great room with a vaulted ceiling, an open dining room, a family room and chef's kitchen, according to the listing.

The property was built with very few materials, Mr. Arana told Mansion Global. "If you wanted to say three words about this house, you'd say: less is more," he said.

"There's nothing like this in the area," Mr. Arana said. "You got a lot of traditional Cape Cod, a lot of Spanish-style, but very few modern architectural homes like this."

A representative for Mr. Moccio did not immediately return a request for comment.
