The Design Pedigree
The development was designed by TEN Arquitectos in 2015. Founded by architect Enrique Norten in 1986, the firm has designed such projects as The Free Public Library of Pennsylvania and The Mexican Museum. Mr. Norten was the first Mies vander Rohe Award recipient for Latin American Architecture in 1998, and in 2007 he won the Legacy Award from the Smithsonian Institute for his contributions to U.S. arts and culture.
