Looks like "Austin Powers" star Mike Myers has landed a groovy new pad in Tribeca.

A trust reportedly connected to the 53-year-old comedian closed on a four-bedroom unit at 443 Greenwich, a recently renovated condominium in early December, according to property records, which show the luxurious unit sold for $14.675 million.

But don’t expect any paisley wallpaper or neon shag carpeting worthy of the International Man of Mystery at this converted 19th century factory building with a landmarked facade.

The actor and his wife, Kelly Tisdale, will also have access to the building’s luxurious common amenities, like an interior courtyard, landscaped roof terrace, Turkish bath and a 71-foot indoor swimming pool.

This unit appears to be one of the most expensive that has closed so far in the building, according to listing records.

A number of larger and pricier pads are under contract, including one of the building’s eight units that are listed as "penthouses," a five-bedroom home listed for $54 million.

Mr. Myers also owns a seven-bedroom penthouse condo on Mercer Street, which he listed with Compass for $21.5 million in 2015.

A publicist for Mr. Myers did not immediately return a request for comment.
