A Mediterranean-style estate on Miami Beach has returned to the market for $20 million, $1 million more than it was asking when it was last listed in January 2015.
Built in 2005, the 9,696-square-foot mansion features 156-feet of water frontage and direct access to Biscayne Bay, according to the listing. It has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a magnificent Spanish interior courtyard and a rooftop terrace.
Property records show the current owner as Charles Fouad Mejjati Alami, the second husband of Orianne Collins Mejjati Alami. Mr. Alami bought the mansion in 2012 for $8.4 million.

Ms. Mejjati Alami had previously been married to pop star Phil Collins.
The waterfront residence features custom Fendi design throughout. The master suite is flanked by two full bathrooms, separate his and her closets and a full-length balcony overlooking the water, the listing shows.
The home is packed with other amenities, including a home theater, a private gym, a clubroom with a fully stocked bar, fireplaces, a large pool, and a private boat dock. It also comes with a chef's kitchen,an elevator, a four-car garage and maid's quarters.

According to public records, the house title was transferred to Mr. Mejjati Alami’s sole name in June 2015.
Court documents show Orianne Collins Mejjati Alami filed for divorce in January 2016, along with a claim that the house title was transferred to Mr. Mejjati Alami’s sole name "through deceit and fraud upon the wife."
The Miami-Dade County Court’s decision on their divorce, which included determining the ownership of the home, was made in April and the ruling was amended in September. The ruling documents are sealed so it’s unclear what the court’s decision on the home ownership was.

Mr. and Ms. Mejjati Alami couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.
Public records show the mansion was listed in 2014 for $19 million was removed from the market in early 2015.
The property was placed back on the market with a new $20 million price tag this week, listed by Mathieu Rochette at Compass.
Mr. Rochette didn't immediately respond to request for comment.
