The near 12,000-square-foot, eight-bedroom property was custom built in 2015. Equipped with full-home automation, the mansion on Pinetree Drive sits alongside the Indian Creek between Biscayne Bay and Mid-beach, encompassing 100 feet of water frontage, according to the listing.

The gated estate has three separate structures in addition to the main home, a fitness center, health spa, and a 1,600-square-foot pool. A koi pond, open green spaces, tropical courtyard, and sprawling flora and fauna complement the entrance of the home, according to a news release.

"It’s an absolutely beautiful, turnkey house," said Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker’s The Jills, the brokerage associated with the sale. Ms. Hertzberg noted that the home is the most expensive sold on the coveted Pinetree Drive year-to-date.

The Ronerts own Image Skincare, a "clinical skincare brand, powered by safe, proven ingredients and smart botanicals," according to its website. The company is represented by a network of 20,000 skincare professionals in over 52 countries.

Drew Rosenhaus, the 22nd richest sports agent in the world according to Forbes, previously owned the land prior to the home’s construction, according to PropertyShark. He bought the property for $2.97 million in 2009 with his brother, Jason.
