A cooling luxury market over the past year has led to a rash of price reductions from the Upper East Side to Beverly Hills.

These multimillion-dollar discounts, ranging from 20-70% off, would make any deal lover dreaming of things bigger than new TVs or  high-tech gadgets swoon.

In the spirit of Black Friday, here are some mega-mansions with pools, views and double-digit reductions you can consider, without trampling a discount-crazed mob or elbowing grandma in a fight for the last Hatchimal.

LOCATION: Manhattan

PRICE: $9.995 million ($14.95 million)

BEDROOMS: 4

BATHROOMS: Four-and-a-half bathrooms

SIZE: 3,158 square feet

You can snag a recently reduced full-floor penthouse at one of the president elect-branded condo buildings, which comes with two oversized terraces, six balconies, 360-degree views and a private elevator. Located in the heart of the Upper East Side, on 69th Street between Second and Third avenues, this Trump Palace apartment has been through several price cuts. It was on the market for $6 million more in 2014, according to StreetEasy.

LOCATION: Los Angeles

PRICE: $22.9 million ($35 Million)

BEDROOMS: 6

BATHROOMS: 5

SIZE: 6,000 square feet

You could lounge by the pool of this 1930s Colonial reproduction, taking in the views over 1.7 acres of your own secluded property in west Los Angeles. Or, you might prefer to stand on the front lawn to try and catch a glimpse of Hugh Hefner at the Playboy Mansion across the street. The property, with a winding staircase at the entryway, a wood-paneled study and a tennis court, has taken a 35% price cut since it went on the market in June. It might not have the erotic pedigree of its neighbor, but the pool and pavilion were featured in "Mommy Dearest," the 1981 biographical drama about Joan Crawford, according to the listing.

LOCATION: Miami Beach

PRICE: $17.9 million ($23.9 Million)

BEDROOMS: 8

BATHROOMS: 10, plus 2 powder rooms

SIZE: 13,200 square feet

Previous owners of this estate took a 1920s Spanish-style beach house, restored it and slapped another 10,000 square feet onto the property in 2010. But the market’s clearly not sure what this old-new mega-manse is worth in Miami’s overstocked luxury market, and the home has gone through rounds of price cuts since it was listed 13 months ago. Now, at about 25% off the original listing price, you can get ocean access, a heated pool, a theater room, plus enough interior room to install an indoor pool.

LOCATION: Hillsborough, San Francisco Peninsula

PRICE: $29.85 million ($100 Million)

BEDROOMS: 13

BATHROOMS: 11 plus 1 half-bathroom

SIZE: 16,600 square feet

This early 20th Century estate is as close as one might get to the French Riviera from 6,000 miles away. The Mediterranean-style mansion was built in 1912 for a member of French nobility, who moved to America and married the heiress to a Gold Rush fortune. At 47 acres, Guigné court is one of the largest private estates on the San Francisco Peninsula and includes a pool, hiking trails, canyons and a reservoir. The price has been chopped by more than 70% due to low demand in the Bay Area and Silicon Valley for historic homes, a listing agent for the property previously told Mansion Global.

LOCATION: Manhattan

PRICE: $96 million ($120 Million)

BEDROOMS: 5

BATHROOMS: 9, plus 2 powder rooms

SIZE: 12,000 square feet

This Fifth Avenue apartment, the largest unit in a rather well-heeled pre-war co-op building on New York City’s toniest street, saw a $24 million price cut in September, according to Zillow. Located between 64th and 65th streets, the impressive home has 22 rooms, Central Park views, an entry foyer with 24-foot ceilings and five wood-burning fireplaces throughout. It spans the seventh and eighth floors of the building, which are connected with a grand marble staircase.
