A four-story Mediterranean mansion perched above the Gulf of Mexico in Naples, Florida, will hit the market Wednesday for $19.975 million, Mansion Global has learned.
The 9,775-square-foot home has four bedrooms, six full bathrooms and three half bathrooms, a double-height formal living room, a kitchen with a center island, with views of the gulf and a mangrove preserve through floor-to-ceiling arched windows, according to the listing by Joe Belz of Compass.
The master suite, occupying the entire third floor, has approximately 3,000 square feet. It features his-and-hers master bathrooms, a patio with an outdoor fireplace and a detached atelier.

Other highlights of the property include a gym, a media room, an elevator, fireplaces, ample outdoor entertaining areas, a separate guest bungalow and a private path to the beach.
Situated on a 1.05-acre beachfront lot in The Strand at Bay Colony, a gated community, the home is also accessible to a host of amenities exclusive to residents or members, according to Mr. Belz.
"As one of only 12 homes in a very exclusive, gated neighborhood with world class amenities, the scope of services and seclusion is unparalleled—private beachfront club included, multiple tennis courts and golf courses to choose from," he said.
The current owner, whose identity is shielded by a trust, purchased the property for $12 million in 2012, public records show.
