Mauricio Umansky, CEO and founder of the Los Angeles-based brokerage The Agency, listed his Bel Air home for sale Wednesday, with an asking price of $6.99 million. The home is also available to rent, with a monthly ask of $50,000.
Mr. Umansky and his wife, Kyle Richards—star of Bravo’s "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills"—bought the 6,229-square-foot property in 2011 for $3.05 million, property records show.

The seven-bedroom home has 20-foot-high ceilings, Carrara marble and black granite floors, exposed beams, a chef’s kitchen, a pub with a stone fireplace and built-in bookshelves and private maid’s quarters.
There’s also a soundproof home theater, a master suite with a private balcony and custom dressing room and a backyard with a pool and spa, dining and lounge terraces, a sports court and putting green, according to the listing with The Agency’s Farrah Aldjufrie, Ms. Richards’ daughter, and Eduardo Umansky, Mr. Umansky’s father. A representative for Mr. Umansky and the brokers could not provide comment from any party.
When Mr. Umansky, 47, spoke to Mansion Global in September, he mentioned that he was in the middle of buying a new home. Property records filed since show it was the $8.2 million "Smokey Robinson Estate" in Encino, California, which reportedly broke price records for the neighborhood upon its sale.

Mr. Umansky told Mansion Global his favorite part of this house is his pub. "It’s like an old-world British club," he said. "I claim to have the best tequila and best scotch in the city. That’s where everyone hangs out. Once you’re in there, and listening to music, it’s hard to send people home."
In his new home, he said, the draw was the outdoors. But the Encino property also has a gym, a yoga area, a pool and an organic garden. "I’m lucky enough to be buying pretty much my dream home," Mr. Umansky said at the time.
