Perhaps it’s not quite baby proofed enough? Maroon 5 frontman, “The Voice” coach and father-to-be Adam Levine is reportedly selling his newly remodeled five-bedroom, seven-bathroom Beverly Hills home for $17.5 million.

The house measures around 7,100 square feet, according to the listing, and features “one of the best and most dramatic living/great rooms in Los Angeles,” in addition to a media/screening room, a gourmet kitchen, gym and spa and two-story car collector’s garage with an elevated lift.

"It's super private," says Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency, who's handling the sale. The house sits behind two sets of gates, which would appeal to other A-list stars like Mr. Levine and his wife, Victoria's Secret model Behati Prinsloo.

There’s also a speakeasy-style card room.

Perched on a ridge above Benedict Canyon, “walls of glass overlook panoramic canyon views, and there’s a swimming pool, and champion-sized tennis court on the grounds,” according to the listing.

"The architecture is very dramatic," Rapport tells Mansion Global. "It's been completely redone but still has a midcentury feel to it. It's not like a modern house that was just finished," he says. "It's been seamlessly designed to incorporate state-of-the-art technology with classic midcentury design."

Mr. Levine bought the house, which is reached by a long gated drive that offers ultimate privacy, four years ago for $4.83 million, and had it completely redone from top to bottom by L.A-based designer Mark Haddawy.

And it’s not the only property Mr. Levine is currently looking to cash in on. The Grammy winner -- and his pregnant wife -- are also selling their 2,800-square-foot $5.5 million SoHo loft. They reportedly bought the New York apartment for $1 million less in 2014.
