A 16,000-square-foot mansion in Surrey, England, recently hit the market for £9.95 million (US$13 million).
Coined "Cadogan House", the eight-bedroom estate was completed just before it was listed last week.
The Virginia Water home is being sold by the director of the company that designed it, Alex Samuels of Actium.
"At Cadogan House we spent many months perfecting the layout, so that despite their significant size, the rooms would flow naturally and would function both for grand entertaining and family living," Mr. Samuels said in a statement.

"It’s very much a bespoke house," said James Cleland, an agent for Knight Frank, the brokerage selling the home. Mr. Cleland explained that, while many properties are built by developers who work on several homes at once, the designers of this home were solely focused on it. "The designers weren’t trying to be too modern; it has a real classicism to it," Mr. Cleland said.
The home, which sits on a 1.2-acre plot of land, has a 40-foot indoor swimming pool, gym, and massage room.
The mansion has international accents, boasting wallpaper transported from Hong Kong in the master bedroom and dining room, Italian ceramic tiles for the pool, and rare British pink limestone used in the bathrooms.

The Wentworth Estate, in which the Cadogan House is located, is one of the most prestigious in all of the U.K. Wentworth, according to the release, is "set within 1,750 acres of park and woodland, the estate, which benefits from its own dedicated mobile private security and landscaping teams, is home to renowned business tycoons and international royalty."
Conveniently located near several main roads, access to London and the Heathrow and Gatwick airports is exceptionally fast.
"The asking price reflects the quality of the location and the quality of the home," Mr. Cleland said. But, referencing the large size of the mansion, he noted that the price per square foot offers remarkable value.
