Property Prices Fall in All Australian Capital Cities Besides Hobart Australian property prices were largely stagnant in March, but growth fell overall in capital cities, dropping 0.2% month-to-month and 0.9% for the quarter, according to CoreLogic. Regional markets have shown stronger performance, with price growth of 0.4% month-to-month and 1.1% quarterly. Hobart bucked the capital city downward trend, with 3.4% price growth for the quarter. Dubai Property Festival Will Feature Real Estate Discounts as High as 20% The Dubai Property Festival begins on April 9 and will include discounts of up to 20% for certain developments, as well as discounted mortgage rates, and free legal services and consultations. "The banks will be offering exclusive promotions including no registration fees or service charges, and customers can receive pre-approvals during the festival at discounted rates," said one organizer.
