A duplex Manhattan apartment that’s a downstairs neighbor of President Donald Trump is looking for a new owner.

Priced at $24.5 million, the five-bedroom condominium in Trump Tower, at 741 Fifth Ave. in Midtown, hit the market on Thursday and is the most expensive available for purchase in the building.

The 6,100-square-foot "cavernous" apartment is ready for custom design, according to the listing with Dolly Lenz, Adam Vanderbrook and Jennifer Lenz of Dolly Lenz Real Estate. The brokers did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The duplex has high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, entertainment rooms, and far reaching views across the city. The home "is an irreplaceable gem and represents great value," the listing reads.

The 231-unit building meanwhile, offers amenities like a 24-hour doorman and concierge service, a fitness center, a valet and a maid service.

And of course, thanks to an eternal Secret Service presence, the security at the building is pretty tight, too.

President Trump’s gilded apartment begins one floor above this one, and extends a reported three floors, though his main residence is now the White House.

Property records show the unit was purchased by a limited liability company tied to the Oklahoma-based MidFirst Bank in 2005 for a little over $13 million. According to the New York Post, which first reported the listing, the seller is billionaire Jeff Records, MidFirst Bank’s chairman and CEO.

Mr. Records could not be reached for comment.
