A newly listed spec home in the Hamptons boasting 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and Shinnecock Bay, a saltwater infinity pool—and Giants quarterback Eli Manning as one of its neighbors—has hit the market for $18.75 million.

In fact, the 10,000-square-foot contemporary beach house in East Quogue, New York, listed late last week with Nest Seekers International, has already garnered interest from another top NFL player, in addition to a few potential buyers from New York, Los Angeles and Florida, Mansion Global has learned. The home has eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

Developer Roboco Inc. built the home with architectural firm H2H. It includes a massive great room spanning some 2,400 square feet and is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

"This has far and away the best view," said listing agent Rob Canberg of Nest Seekers International. "You could go further east, but why would you spend that extra $20 million to $30 million for the same quality."

Unlike the traditional beachy shingle-style homes that typify the Hamptons, this new build on Dunes Road is a four-floor contemporary house that Mr. Canberg notes looks as though it could have been lifted from Malibu. The design includes an open staircase, a glass-enclosed elevator, 12-foot ceilings, a chef’s kitchen appointed with Calcutta marble, and sliding glass doors that open onto an outdoor pavilion.

The deck includes a saltwater infinity pool raised 28-feet off the sandy dunes below and a full outdoor kitchen. The home boasts multiple terraces and rooms boast large windows with expansive views.

"The whole concept was the natural light," said Mr. Canberg. "You get the sunrises in the morning, and at night, you have that [evening] light from the rooftop."

Even the in-home theater is glass lined. There’s also a fitness center and two-car garage.

Quogue, a celebrity-filled village in the town of Southampton, recently welcomed Mr. Manning, who bought a beach house in October for $8.5 million down the street from this new spec home. Other neighbors include financial adviser to rockers Bill Zysblat, who’s selling a home a few houses away for $22.95 million.
