Located on Los Angeles’s famed and ever-evolving Sunset Strip, 8500 Sunset is an eight-story residential development situated above a 30,000-square-foot retail podium. Apartment units feature contemporary, minimal design and open floor plans with glass walls.

Select apartments will have private balconies opening from the great room or master bedroom. Other touches, from walnut floors to stainless steel and chrome finishes, add to the clean interior design. Eight two-story dwellings offer dining and entertainment space on the lower levels, and two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets on the upper levels. Floor-to-ceiling windows in every room offer views of the Los Angeles Basin, the Sunset Strip, and the Hollywood Hills.

The building is set to be completed—and sales scheduled to begin—this fall.
