The property is nestled within the prestigious Amanyara resort, which is perched on a promontory surrounded by protected parkland. “It’s quite remote,” said listing agent Nina Siegenthaler of Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty. “It's the only development on this side of the island.” The resort overlooks the Northwest Marine Natural Park, home to the world’s third-largest coral reef system. An open-air pavilion offers shade during morning yoga practices. “Each villa has a dedicated chef and a villa attendant,” Siegenthaler added. An added bonus: The property is only about a quarter mile from the beach. Additional Perks Villa residents have unlimited access to Amanyara’s wide range of amenities, including the restaurant, bar, beach club, spa and fitness center. There are also two tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, Pilates studio and golf simulator.
