A Brentwood, California, home that Lindsey Buckingham had built hit the market Thursday for $22.5 million, just days after the musician released a new album with Fleetwood Mac bandmate Christine McVie.
Mr. Buckingham, 67, and his wife, Kristen, bought the Los Angeles property in 2012 for $5.8 million, according to public records, and have since torn down the previous house and built a so-called "modern Georgian" estate on the 0.8-acre lot.

The six-bedroom, 10-bathroom home on North Carmelina Avenue has a three-car garage and a large front drive, according to images of the home from the listing with David Offer of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Mr. Offer did not immediately return a request for comment.
The exterior is sided in light wood shingle and large windows. At the back, a large pergola covers a poolside patio, images show. There’s also an outdoor shower and firepit.
Inside, the Buckinghams decorated the home in modern, neutral interiors. There’s a media room filled with cream-colored couches and lounge chairs, a gym with massage beds and a marble-filled kitchen with a separate catering and prep area.
The owners spent four years building the house, which was completed this year, according to the listing.
The guitarist and his wife also own other properties in the area. They bought a house about a mile away from the newly listed home in 2014, and have owned another house in the neighborhood for more than a decade, property records show.
