Leonardo DiCaprio has been making some serious real estate moves lately.
Just days after news emerged he had put his Malibu mansion up for sale, Variety has reported that "The Revenant" actor is also trying to offload a 3,407-square-foot apartment in Los Angeles’ Studio City neighborhood with a $2.395 million price tag.

Mr. DiCaprio bought the four-bedroom home, which dates back to the 1930s, in March 2014 for $2.05 million from his cousin and business associate Robert Hrtica.
His oceanfront Malibu home, meanwhile, is on the market for $10.95 million, nearly seven times what he paid for the property two decades ago. The bungalow, in an area of Malibu dubbed "Billionaire's Beach," has a beach-facing balcony and a patio with a hot tub.

Mr. DiCaprio has become quite the real estate magnate since he shot to fame in "Romeo & Juliet." In addition to these two homes, Mr. DiCaprio also reportedly owns three luxury condos in Manhattan- two in Greenwich Village and one in Battery Park City, an island in Belize, a house in Palm Springs and a mansion in the Hamptons.
