Investment banker Larry Slaughter is selling his Manhattan apartment at the celebrity-filled San Remo building for $17.5 million.

A listing for the three-bedroom co-op located in one of the iconic towers of the Emery Roth-designed building on Central Park West hit the market on Thursday, according to a listing with Corcoran agent Dan Fishman. The brokerage did not immediately return request for comment.

Mr. Slaughter, 54, vice chairman of investment banking at Lazard Ltd., lives a few floors below the epic triplex actress Demi Moore sold last spring for $45 million, according to property records.

The posh Upper West Side apartment has 360-degree views of Manhattan, including sprawling vistas over Central Park, thanks to its placement in one of the building’s two 10-story towers, according to a floor plan of the unit.

The elevator opens into a private vestibule that leads into a spacious foyer. The home encompasses three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen and wood-paneled library.

While the home has separate dining and living areas, Corcoran is marketing alternate floor plans, including opening the living area into a single great room or opening the living room up into the study.

Mr. Slaughter and his wife, Constance, bought the unit in 2012 for $13.5 million, according to property records. He did not immediately return a request for comment.

The 1930 building includes a fitness center and recreation room.
